Alpha Launch of SweatInvestors!

Welcome to SweatInvestors.  Please excuse the mess as we refine the site and process.

Quick Start

1. Fill out the SweatInvestor Profile Template and email it to join@sweatinvestor.com (please state if we have permission to post your profile on www.SweatInvestor.com, near term they will be held private, we have not yet defined the process to become a SweatInvestor)
2. Add the Facebook and LinkedIn groups below, and follow us on Twitter:

• SweatInvestor LinkedIn Page
• SweatInvestor Twitter Account

Then add SweatInvestor type key words to your other profiles. A good one to start with is your Google profile ends up on the bottom of the first page of Google Results. 

• E.g., Google Profile with SweatInvestor info (e.g., Walter Roth’s Google Profile)

Overall Goals

1. Maximize exposure of your Sweatinvesting assets, get higher quality deal flow
2. Refine how you invest your Sweat, help more people create board level value in less time
3. Generate wealth, find ways to get compensated for the value you create (e.g., become an adviser, investor, etc in exchange for stock/options/etc)

Tactics

1. Leverage social media (e.g., this blog, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc) to promote your personal SweatInvestor brand for Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
2. Collaborate with other SweatInvestors to refine how you create the most board level value in the least amount of time through defined processes and formats (e.g., blog entries, 30 minute phone calls, 60 minute presentations, half day workshops, etc)
3. Institutionalize a SweatEconomy where success breeds success and there are increasingly standard ways to compensate value created (e.g., adviser stock plans, structured relationships, etc)

Distributed Platform

SweatInvestor is intended to reach people where ever they spend their time. Early attention is to generate SEO juice so that Google links each SweatInvestor with the types of Sweat they invest, the companies they’ve invested in and the areas of their expertise.

In addition to blogging about SweatInvestor.com on your personal/professional blogs, you can also apply to be a contributing author on www.SweatInvestor.com. We’ll be developing simple templates to write about and share your SweatInvestor expertise to a wide audience that might not receive your direct investment.
